All prices are listed in Rands and are subject to change without notice.
Products can be removed from our website without prior notice due to limited-edition fabrics selling out, seasonal ranges coming to an end, or products being discontinued.Â
Ordering Process
At checkout, please ensure to confirm all details of your order are correct. We take no responsibility for incorrect orders placed.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We do not allow for cancellations of orders once placed and paid for.
Sizing Policy
Items made to custom measurements, as provided by you, will not be liable for exchange.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery method, location, and parcel size, using real-time rates provided by The Courier Guy.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be clearly displayed before finalising payment. The total shipping fee will be added to your order and must be paid in full at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery
Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be lovingly made, unless otherwise stipulated.
You can expect your parcel to arrive 2–4 working days thereafter. If you have selected the Locker-to-Locker option, your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Courier Guy Locker. You will receive a unique PIN code via SMS or email once your parcel is ready for collection at the locker. Please collect it within the time frame specified by The Courier Guy, as uncollected parcels may be returned or incur storage fees.
If you have selected the Locker-to-Door option, your parcel will be delivered directly to your provided address after being dispatched from a locker. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, and keep an eye on your messages for any tracking or delivery updates.
Courier delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any external factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, strikes or public holidays causing a delay to your parcel delivery.
Light and Day (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any financial loss or inconvenience resulting from non-delivery or late delivery of your order via the courier service.Â
Kindly double check that your Courier Guy Locker address or delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect locations due to customer error.
Local pickup is available for Ballito and Durban customers. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with collection details and available pickup times.Â
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on customised items. For non-custom items, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with labels attached.
Delivery fee of exchange is at customers own expense.
Due to limited–edition collections, the new item you may wish to exchange will be subject to fabric availability.
Privacy Policy
Information collected is used for order processing and communication purposes only. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal data without consent.
Intellectual Property
All content including logos and images on this website are the property of Light and Day (Pty) Ltd, and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Light and Day (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages due to the use or inability to use our products or website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
