Exchanges are only possible within 7 days of delivery.
We only allow exchanges. No refunds.
Delivery fee of exchange is at customers own expense.
Only unworn Light and Day items in their original condition with labels attached may be accepted for an exchange. All items will be checked before exchange occurs.Â
Due to limited–edition collections, the new item you may wish to exchange will be subject to availability.
In the very unlikely event that you receive a defective garment, please email us a photo of the defect and your order number, as soon as the item is received, and we will attend to it for you.
We do not accept exchanges for items made according to customers custom measurements. If you have concerns about the fit of your custom item, please contact us and we will gladly assist.Â
