1. Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?
Yes! We ship nationwide. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

2. Can I exchange my dress if it doesn’t fit?
We accept exchanges, but not returns. Customised items that have been altered to your exact measurements cannot be exchanged.

4. Can I get free delivery if I’m based in Ballito?
Absolutely! Select the “local pickup” option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a collection in Ballito, South Africa. If you’re based in Durban, this option is available for you too!

5. What payment methods do you accept?
Our PayFast portal accepts the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay
- Credit Cards

- Instant EFT

6. How do I look after my Light and Day clothing?
To ensure the longevity of your garment we recommend the following care instructions:
- Wash at a maximum temperature of thirty degrees celsius (machine or hand wash)
- Iron on the reverse side of the garment
- Do not dry–clean or tumble dry

7. How will I know what size to buy if I’m sometimes a small or medium?
Check out our Size Guide as a general guideline to see which size category you fall into.
Measurements will vary slightly depending on the style and silhouette. Please refer to the product specific size chart available on each product page to find your best fit. Click here to shop our collections.
If you are ordering an item with a customisable option, a virtual fitting form will be sent to you at checkout. Simply fill in your measurements and clothing preferences, and we will customise your garment to fit you beautifully.
